Have you figured this out yet?  It’s not about perfection!  It’s about doing your best and doing better today than you did yesterday!  This is where our Daily Tracker becomes so important!  It’s where we can see our plan so that we can work our plan!  

 

When we develop better habits and stick with our plan at least 80% of the time, we’re going to see results.      Today, say, “Good morning self!”  Remember how successful you are today is determined by your attitude.  Get going and make good things happen!  Today YOU are in control of food, not the other way around.  Today you have a plan to move, and you’re going to make it happen!  YOU CAN DO IT!
