We naturally get a ton of nutrients & lots of fiber (controls appetite, makes sure everything's moving well when we eat veggies. Getting high nutrient foods, but very few calories, and so much more.

Within the Green Light category, some veggies are considered "calorie-free."  Of course, they do have some calories, but it's not many, so add as many of these as possible.
