Often when people are chasing their goals they feel guilty about going out and/or celebrating.  Remember, life is to be enjoyed.  If we never give ourselves a little room to slightly indulge, it will make our overall journey unbearable.  

 

One meal where you indulge, doesn’t mean you’ve RUINED EVERYTHING!  Just get back on track at your next meal.  Remember we’re looking for about 80% compliance in our healthy lifestyle.  You know what that means?  You’ve got a little wiggle room.
