We’ve made so much progress so far, and we don’t want to take a step backward when it comes to our success.  So visit with your coach about the next best step for you.  Here are some options you might ask them about….

 

#1 Repeat the Burn Box  - This is an excellent plan ….For those that want to KEEP THEIR RESULTS COMING! OR For someone who needs a DO-OVER…last month was Cra-Cra. I need to work on my habits and consistency to get the results I want.

As a launching pad to add to your program.  Keep your burn box going (and remember, you can customize it) and add to it!  If you could work on 2-3 health goals, where would you focus?

For your friend who is mad at you because you didn’t bring them along when you started and for anyone who wants to do life better!
