How are you feeling about this past week?  Do you feel that you’re making progress?  Are there areas where you struggle? 

 

This is a great time for Pillars of Wellness too!  This would be a great time to check in with your HUMAN COACH to get additional resources, encouragement, and answers to other questions.  Virtual is AWESOME, but human is better!  Reach out, you’ll be glad you did!~
