Peach Smoothie

Tastes like summer all year round!

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups frozen peaches (or fresh)

  • 1 banana (room temperature)

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk or oat milk)

  • 1 Scoop IDLife Vanilla Shake

  • 6 ice cubes

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make it
  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth.
