STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

SMOOTHIE BOWL

  • 1.5 large frozen bananas, ripe and peeled prior to freezing

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • ½ cup plant-based milk (almond or coconut)

TOPPINGS

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries and banana)

  • Granola, optional

  • Coconut flakes, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  3. Transfer smoothie to a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
