  • 1 scoop IDLife vanilla shake powder

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 apple sliced, peel on

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup ice

How to Make it
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
