Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie

Easy and Refreshing!


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 ½ cups water, or yogurt or milk/non-dairy milk of choice

  • 1 scoop IDLife Vanilla Shake

  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen

  • 1 cup blueberry, frozen

  • ½ cup raspberry, frozen

  • ½ cup blackberry, frozen


How to Make it
  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth.
