Monster Smoothie

Easy and Refreshing!


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup water or non dairy milk (try almond or hemp milk)

  • 1 to 2 large handfuls fresh baby spinach

  • 1 frozen banana , cut into coins

  • 1 cup frozen mango (or other fruit, like frozen strawberries or blueberries)

  • 1 scoop of IDLife Vanilla Shake


OPTIONAL ADD-INS:

  • 1-2 tablespoons hemp hearts

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1/4 ripe avocado , peeled with pit removed



How to Make it
  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth.
