Easy and Refreshing!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water or non dairy milk (try almond or hemp milk)
1 to 2 large handfuls fresh baby spinach
1 frozen banana , cut into coins
1 cup frozen mango (or other fruit, like frozen strawberries or blueberries)
1 scoop of IDLife Vanilla Shake
OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
1-2 tablespoons hemp hearts
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
1/4 ripe avocado , peeled with pit removed
How to Make it
Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Puree until smooth.
